The fella's took another jaunt to the City of Scott Louisiana, "Boudin Capital of the World". Unlike their first trip filled with downpours and tornadoes, this was a day of sunshine, boudin, seasoned meat, bacon wrapped jalapena poppers and much better visibility.

In between Henderson and Breaux Bridge lies Grand Point Highway, also known as LA 347. Along this road right off the interstate is a tourists mini-mecca of all things Cajun and delicious. Landry's Seafood House, art galleries, souvenir shops, and this little gem of a joint.

On the outskirts of Lafayette near Breaux Bridge lies Louisiana Avenue. Head down south a bit around the curve and you'll run into M and S Grocery, "Home of Good Boudin". That's obviously a strategy to get people to lower their expectations, because one bite and you're smiling for days!

Rodney grilled up some sausage so naturally Chris called to action with plate in hand to partake in a sausage shootout. Links of the day included Manda mild and Savoie's (pronounced Sav-wah) hot . Why only two you ask? Because sausage is expensive and this gig still ain't paying nothin'.

Rodney and Chris perform their first, unofficial and unbiased taste test of 6 of the most popular hot sauces available in Louisiana. As a transplanted Yankee, Chris was a bit reluctant but easily persuaded once beer got involved. Rodney, was pretty much in the whole time.
